JAMES D. WILLEFORD

As well as a dynamic writer and speaker, James is also a steadfast leader, advisor, and mentor.  With nearly three decades' leadership experience in both the Marine Corps and civilian communities, and as a husband, father, and grandfather, he is a man with strong interpersonal skills who possesses a genuine concern for people.  A highly effective and articulate communicator who desires that everyone he touches becomes successful, he is temperate under pressure, a strong and calming influence with a deep understanding of human behavior.  Consistent, balanced, engaged, attentive to detail, broadly knowledgeable and passionate for improvement, James is morally and ethically sound and possesses high standards for integrity, loyalty, and personal principles.

James has addressed groups as small as intimate gatherings to crowds as large as 800.  He can teach classes, deliver sermons, interact with questions and answers, persuade, inform, or inspire.  Able to tailor content and delivery style to specific audiences, James seeks to connect with everyone on a personal level with the goal that every listener leaves with something new to contemplate.
